There are two main types of hair rinses, chemical and natural. Natural hair rinses act to stimulate circulation on the scalp rather then just coat our hair shaft with a protective coating. Natural hair rinse can repair damaged hair by giving the hair strength and a fresh appearance. Natural hair rinse can nourish the hair follicle and promote healthy growth.
Diet and lifestyle are two major factors that influence the health of the hair. Poor diet, illness and deficiencies of any particular vitamin and mineral affects the quality of hair and problems like dandruff, thinning hair, balding, premature graying etc. spoil the hair.
Treat your hair as if it’s delicate and precious… because, well. It is. The more bends, curves, kinks and angles in your hair, the more opportunities for a comb or brush to catch or snag or snap. If your hair is weak, or dry, it’s even more prone to breakage. The answer is, Detangle hair only when wet.
1. In such case, oils are a natural remedy. Dry hair is also brittle hair; ignore dry hair enough and you are rewarded with easy breakage and unattractive, unmanageable hair. Don’t worry; you don’t have to look far for the oils you can use. You can use any of the following for the purpose of strengthening and maintaining younger-looking hair like, Almond oil, Coconut oil, Jojoba oil, Olive oil and Grapes seed oil.
2. Use a hair rinse after shampooing and conditioning your hair. Natural hair rinses are easy to make using fresh, natural ingredients. Their sweet smell adds a final finishing touch to your hair treatment.
3. Try to dry your hair naturally and avoid using hair dryer. If you must use a hair dryer then remember not to focus the blow-dryer on one spot for more than few seconds. Keep the dryer at a distance from your hair. Use your fingers gently to untangle knots while drying your hair.
4. Apply a leave-in conditioner. After washing your hair, be sure to apply a leave-in conditioner. Conditioners detangle the hair, create moisture and produce manageable hair and use best hair straighteners.
5. Use a satin pillow case or hair wrap. Because natural black hair is dry, keeping the hair moist is vital. One way to retain moisture is to sleep on a satin pillow case. If you don’t have a satin pillow case, wrap your hair in a satin hair scarf before going to bed. Cotton pillow cases and scarf’s can strip moisture from the hair and produce split ends.
